At Cleanic, we're all about making your carpets and upholstery look their best! We know that inviting someone into your home or business can be a bit nerve-wracking, so we want to make sure you understand our terms of service before we get started.
First things first, we want you to know that we take every precaution to ensure that your carpets and upholstery are treated with the utmost care and respect. However, please keep in mind that certain fibers, like silk or wool, can be more delicate and may be more susceptible to damage during cleaning. We'll do our best to minimize any damage, but please keep in mind that we can't guarantee that your carpets and upholstery will come out looking exactly as they did before we arrived.
We'll also do our best to remove any stains, but please keep in mind that some stains may be impossible to remove. We'll let you know if we think a stain is going to be a problem, but please don't consider it a failure of our services if we can't get it all the way out.
We'll also do our best to make sure that our staff is careful not to damage your property in any way, but please keep in mind that accidents can happen. We won't be held responsible for any damage caused by our staff.
If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel for any reason that we deem unacceptable, you'll still be charged for the service.
We'll do our best to make sure that we remove all the dirt and grime from your carpets and upholstery, but please keep in mind that our services are for one attempt only. If you're not satisfied with the results, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.
When it comes to payment, we'll need to collect payment at the time of service. If for any reason you're not able to pay at that time, please let us know before we start cleaning. Cleanic reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 2% per month.
We'll also do our best to make sure that any items left on the premises before, during, or after the cleaning process are safe and sound, but please keep in mind that we can't be held responsible for any loss or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
We'll do our best to make sure that we're on time, but please keep in mind that we can't be held responsible for any delays caused by lack of access to the premises.

If you need any additional services, please let us know and we'll be happy to give you a quote. Any additional services not included in the original quote will be charged at an additional cost.
Cleaning time can vary depending on the size and condition of the surfaces to be cleaned. We'll make every effort to complete the job within a reasonable time frame.
If there are any hazardous materials on the property, please let us know before we start cleaning.
If there are any disputes that arise out of or in connection with this agreement, we'll do our best to resolve them through negotiation and good faith discussions. If we're unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Mediation Institute of South Africa
By using our services, you agree to these terms.
It is recommended that the client thoroughly inspect their property prior to and after cleaning, and to document any pre-existing damages or areas of concern. Additionally, it is recommended that the client take steps to protect their property during cleaning, such as removing valuable or fragile items from the cleaning area.
We understand that hiring a cleaning service can be a big decision, and we want to make sure that you have all the information you need to make the right choice.
